Daily Duties at Western States Chiropractic College:
Coordinated all HR programs, strategies, plans, and processes for 193 faculty, staff, and student employees, serving as an employee advocate while driving the college’s objectives at on campus and off campus locations. Supervised department budget, compliance, payroll, benefits administration including college’s 403(b) retirement plans, development of new compensation strategy, recruitment and placement, and employee relations. Reconciled all benefits after monthly payroll. Coached and developed Payroll Assistant. Managed recruiting and hiring for a wide range of positions. Coordinated a search with the BODs for a new college President. Complied with faculty union contract for accuracy. Developed processes, job descriptions and performance review program, employee communications, and forms, ensuring regularly compliance and consistent application in daily operations.
