Developed and executed merchandise planning strategies to maximize sales and profitability for this $1.6 million 3- store division. Built merchandise assortment plans and identified/created opportunities to increase sales and margin. Collaborated with merchants in development of pre-season sales, markdowns, and receipts. Devised monthly/seasonal forecasts; consistently analyzed performance, current trends, and actual sales to effectively drive business goals. Owner of all physical inventory and shrink improvement processes at the sixteen store locations.
