Accepting this position as temporary while I needed to be back in Canada closer to family, as a member of the management team, was challenged to develop, implement, and manage an aggressive project to hire 420 entry level auditors across 6 offices in Western Canada. Supervised staff of 6 direct reports. Directed administration, hiring, web based training, and in-store training programs.
