Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Integrated, world-class performance support and training interventions for associates across the organization. All interventions were designed to align with business goals and objectives. Accountable for internal and external teams, as well as departmental and project budgets. - Lead development team that produces bank-wide performance support and organizational development solutions utilizing techniques ranging from communication strategies (via email, video, and internal broadcast television) through more advanced solutions such as virtual reality - Responsible for the development of expense-reduction strategies - Responsible for the development of training interventions that provided a positive return on the company’s investment (one example, leading the readiness efforts to support the development of the Bank of America Innovation and Development Test Market in Atlanta, GA – specifically developing a sales and service academy, technology-based performance support solutions, and revolutionizing processes such as the way sales associates interact with our customers producing measurable positive results – other efforts concentrated on the smooth assimilation of merger and acquisition audiences) - Certify and manage domestic, as well as international vendors - Act as an executive change agent, key influencer, consultant, and advocate for customers and associates
