Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Created and implemented a comprehensive culture of compliance designed to increase associate awareness and performance as well as proactively protect the organization from risk - Ensure all rules and regulations, domestic as well as international, governing our industry are followed to the letter and in the spirit of the law in support of highly regulated businesses and registered associates - Interact with various US and OUS governing bodies and agencies - Direct teams in the • Support of audits, examinations, and litigation related to compliance and regulatory concerns • Development and deployment of compliance content  Anti-Money Laundering processes and education programs cited by federal regulators as a “gold standard” • Assessment, measurement, accountability, and reporting functions (including multiple budgets and license and registrations requirements) • Cataloguing and retention of critical strategies and documentation • Development of required regulatory documentation (such as the Firm Element Plan pursuant to NYSE Rule 345A and FINRA Rule 1120) • Directed Annual Compliance Meeting activities for the Firm (pursuant to FINRA Rule 3010) • Approve and manage vendors - Initiate and direct process improvement specifically designed to avoid citations, fines and reputational exposure
