Daily Duties at National Semiconductor:

Provided Administrative Support to two Directors and a group of approximately 45 people for the Test Services Group. I maintained calendars for both Directors via Microsoft Scalix, scheduled internal meetings as well as meetings with our Tester Suppliers and notified attendees through Meeting Point. I tracked the Tester Usage on a period basis by downloading database information and then reformatted and graphed the data to show the percentage used by each product Line. I also reformatted the database Tester usage information to show the "Peak Hours" of usage for each Tester. I was Responsible for auditing our Daily Tester Usage Report for excessive usage, etc. I was Responsible for the design and development of our internal web page. Attended Silicon Valley Technical Institute and became Certified in CAD Design and created some Resistors, Capacitors, etc. through the Allegro CAD software for our group.
