Daily Duties at 3 Com Corporation:
Provided Administrative support to the Director of OEM Sales and Operations in addition to supporting 75 people within the Marketing organization. Handled all purchase requisitions, invoicing, expense reporting, incoming and outgoing mail distribution, domestic and international travel logistics, created and maintained databases, calendar maintenance via Lotus Notes, conference call setup, created PowerPoint Presentations, created Excel Spreadsheets, handled all interview scheduling and confidential planning logistics for up to 250 people at one time. Provided back-up support for Marketing Specialist by troubleshooting customer inquiries in the OEM Mailbox.
