Daily Duties at National Semiconductor:
Provided Administrative support to multiple Directors and their groups within the IA Marketing Division. I maintained multiple calendars via Lotus Notes, scheduled meetings and setup agendas, recorded meeting minutes and key action items, AT&T conference call setup, provided heavy tradeshow and customer travel arrangements, organizational chart maintenance, phone coverage, ordering of supplies, Purchase Requisitions, Check Requests, New Hire forms and setup, etc. I also created PowerPoint presentations and graphs in Excel. Special projects included quarterly budget tracking through a Purchasing Requisition database and invoice payment history. I also ran the customer "Bookings and Billings" report through the Business Objects database and distributed this information to the group on a weekly basis.
