Delivered strong and sustainable results building and managing north Texas network of 16 dialysis clinics with 320 staff. Charged with strategic planning, P&L management, budgeting, cost controls, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Directed all operational functions including inventory control, purchasing, site inspection, IT, and facility state and federal survey readiness.
