Daily Duties at Gentiva Health Services:

Territory and Account Management/Sales: Identify and target hospitals, physicians, clinicians, SW, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities for new and existing accounts to sell home health services. Ensure account growth and attainment by providing highest level of customer service possible. Ensure sales results are driving metrics according to branch budget, key indicator reports and branch business plan. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to profitability and growth in marketplace and collaboratively analyze and strategize ways to adjust course to exceed branch revenues while keeping expenses low.
