Grew revenues from $11 to $16 million in two years. Directed marketing and sales strategy for start up organization. Defined a unique brand for the company and leveraged innovative PR tactics to gain visibility with target partners and customers. Key Accomplishments: • Helped create a market for golf course management utilizing GPS as the technology backbone • Developed service to allow golf professional to create a revenue stream through real-time advertising to the golfer • Created national advertising alliance program (Adsmart) with partners such as Cadillac, national beer makers and others to drive revenue to golf courses through guaranteed advertising contracts; program resulted in over $1M in annual revenues for golf courses • Secured strategic alliance with Club Car, Inc. expanding product reach to international markets • Provided leadership in acquisition of company by GPSI, a competitor
