Daily Duties at Spectra Link Corp:

P&L responsibility for International division. Achieved annual total revenue in excess of $85 million for domestic and international markets. Developed and supported relationships with OEM and reseller partners. Managed 120 people in sales, reseller support and marketing. Developed sales and marketing annual budgets. Recruited by CEO to manage transition from direct sales to indirect sales channels to increase revenue. Key Accomplishments: • Drove growth of revenue significantly through introduction of channel sales strategy, launching new products and directing company expansion in Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand and Asia • Year over year revenue growth in excess of 35% • Created horizontal market for in-building wireless communication solutions • Improved distribution sales by 300% • Established OEM and reseller relationships with the worlds largest voice and data companies (Nortel, Avaya, Alcatel, NEC and Intertel) • Developed a very successful reseller support program • Created new brand identify for SpectraLink • Created Partner Central, a reseller support tool utilizing the web, which increased awareness while reducing support cost • Launched 5 new products in the three years • Formed a Technology Alliance Co-op with the 5 largest wireless LAN manufacturers (including Cisco, Aruba, Meru Networks), embracing SpectraLink Voice Prioritization as the industry standard
