Managed all aspects of the sales process from cold calling to closing. Constructed sales and revenue forecasting objectives and determined marketing strategy for account development. Closed sales and secured business with Fortune 500 accounts, healthcare organizations and institutions for higher education. Major account penetration included: United Technologies, Duracell, Pitney Bowes, ESPN, Virgin Atlantic, Pfizer, Boehringer, General Electric, University of Vermont and Boston College. Orchestrated and established successful business relationships with channel partners and end-users. Communicated partnership sales forecasting, goals, performance standards and measurement criteria. Coordinated related business plans, contracts and service level agreements. Delivered ongoing training and support.
