Daily Duties at Intermedia Communications:

Supported ILEC and other Wholesale accounts. • Tasked to lay out a comprehensive order process for new customers Bell Atlantic (Verizon) and Qwest that worked for both customers and existing Intermedia systems. • Developed processes for regulated and non-regulated divisions of Verizon and Qwest for “Out of Franchise” Frame Relay and ATM services. • Provided Sales Engineering support for 8 – 10 Account Managers on national basis. • Received President’s “Circle of Excellence Award” and “Top Banana” award for Highest Achievement by any Sales Support Person in the company. • Conducted training and provided lead support all new hire Sales Engineers in the ILEC division
