Daily Duties at Exodus Communications:

Managed the Business Development and Program Management function of the Southeast Region reflecting over $25M in annual revenue. Supervised a team of 6 senior program executives and 12 sales engineers accountable for the development and management of the region’s largest and most complex opportunities. Responsible for solution development, contract negotiations, implementation oversight, revenue production, incremental business, and customer satisfaction. Provided Engagement Management for the region’s largest programs. Accomplishments include: • Creation of the Cyber Attack Tiger Team and related Cyber Attack Management Services resulting in $4M revenue in the first 6-months of operations; contributing to over 50 arrests and counter-interdictions resulting in an estimated $100+M in client cost savings. • Exceeded Professional Services revenue targets by at least 25% each year through aggressive business development planning and execution.
