Supervised a team of 25 IT Project Management professionals responsible for the implementation of all new outsourcing contracts in North America across all service lines. Accountable for budgeting, financial management, implementation, operations, sales support, HRM, customer satisfaction, risk management, change management, and continuous improvement. Accomplishments include: • Successfully implemented 35 major engagements between 2004 and 2005 representing over $300M total contact value • Achieved 1% budget variance on $4.2M of revenue by implementing Earned Value methods and strict project review processes. • Created and implemented the Siemens Transition Methodology providing more predictable results, improved customer satisfaction, strong fiscal management and superior project management practices. • Consistently achieved the customer service ratings of 4.5 on a 5-point scale through implementing proven communications management methods and documented processes.
