Daily Duties at Chrysler Financial:

 Provided a consultative sales approach, presenting an analysis of an independent dealership operations and financial statement with recommendations to the management and ownership. - Analyzed and evaluated operations and financial statements for all dealerships. - Maintained superior solution selling which resulted in the highest level of achievement in relation to goals set by senior management.  Provided products and services for 18 assigned dealerships to capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and profits; and achieved goals for wholesale, retail, subprime, commercial, and used vehicle penetration with Chrysler Financial.  Oversaw 18 dealerships with $56 Million in portfolio. - Increased Wholesale accounts by six dealerships totaling $24 Million. - Penetrated Retail accounts by 100% of goals through obtaining retail and lease contracts from dealerships who were either not utilizing Chrysler Financial programs or had very low usage of the programs. - Increased mortgages to $5.5 Million and Capital loans to $3 Million.  Worked with business partners at the dealerships to solicit new business. - Trained dealership personnel on leasing and Chrysler Financial technology systems.  Prepared quarterly written analysis of financial statements by department and recommended strategies to increase productivity and profits.  Selected as Project Manager for the Technology systems and oversaw training for Chrysler Financial staff and Dealership representatives.
