Researched, created, and rolled out benefits programs spanning plan type and product selection, announcement, enrollment, education, and ongoing service. Plans included 401(k), Simple, ROTH, Section 125 and ancillary products. Educated business owners on regulatory principles of ERISA and COBRA. Retained clients long-term under difficult economic conditions, including Black Monday and recent mortgage related market fluctuations. Calmed client fears and explained market developments in a down to earth manner. Remained a trusted advisor when clients moved out of state and consistently received referrals.
