 As a college intern, researched software guidelines for over twenty-five software applications, documented processes and procedures for over thirty employees within Class Lab Department, created databases, wrote guidelines, automated course evaluations, verified DNS configuration of computers, provided technical support to instructors, created on-line evaluations.
