Daily Duties at Mountain Creek Resort:
Direct group sales, Call Center and Hospitality Marketing Sales. Developed innovative beginner program/s. Used PURL technology to win back guests through a unique technology that offers personal web content. Also, developed bus line runs from the NYC metro area. Helped sell through one of the largest and most innovative pre-sold campaigns in the industry in excess of 50,000 units sold. Developed radio campaigns for all facets of annual sales campaigns. Operational responsibilities and reports: Beginner Experience, ticketing & Guest Services. Worked with Intrawest’s central CRM program. Used retargeting technology, SEM and other web based technologies to increase reach and impressions.
