Daily Duties at Wurth/Service And Supply:
•Provide leadership, direction, training, performance development and evaluation to branch warehouse and inside sales staff. •Develope branch performance goals and individual personal growth plans. •Analyze client productions reports for optimum on-hand supply level and replenishment activities. •Establish on-hand stock levels for optimum inventory turns. •Establishe off-site par levels and establishe JIT delivery services for Ford, GM and Chrysler. •Design warehouse layout to increase warehousing efficiencies. •Implement and create in-house 5S program and JIT inventory theories and processes. •Source and purchase customer specific products.
