Daily Duties at King Innovation, Llc:
•Manage and supervise all manufacturing, shipping/receiving and maintenance personnel. •Develop and implement Just-in-Time (JIT) and 5S storage, shipping, and receiving programs. •Coordinate and manage inventory and inventory reconciliation processes. •Establish comprehensive training program for all current and new employees. •Identify areas of needed efficiency and implement programs. •Develop and establish performance evaluation values. •Negotiate all shipping and freight contracts. •Provide performance feedback to all contracted vendors.
