•Project Manager responsible for analysis of potential resale value of under-utilized and displaced capital equipment and supplies. •Perform analysis and appraisal of displaced capital. •Negotiate selling price with third party buyers. •Manage and direct warehouse and logistics operations. •Negotiate shipping and freight contracts for movement of equipment. •Coordinate all shipping, de-installation reinstallation of displaced capital. •Catalog and evaluate all equipment and supplies for serviceability.
