Daily Duties at Amerinet, Inc:

•Develop relationships with key member groups and suppliers to identify savings opportunities through utilization of GPO Capital Equipment contracts. •Perform gap analysis to identify areas in which capital equipment, supply and services contracts can be better utilized and areas in which aggregation opportunities may exist. •Maximizes utilization of GPO Group Buys and other capital equipment promotions by delivering timely communication of opportunity to all appropriate stakeholders and direct contact with those indicating intent to purchase said equipment. •Resolve Member issues arising from GPO Member and Supplier contracts serving as liaison between Member Hospital and vendor/manufacturer National Accounts Representative. •Conducts and participates in GPO related meetings with Member partner and vendors. •Analyze Member capital equipment and supply purchasing plans gathered via survey, interview, budget collection and project plan collection to identify capital equipment savings opportunities. •Remain actively engaged in member projects in order to facilitate/support acquisition of clinical capital and supply products in relation to renovation/construction products. •Identify opportunities for product aggregations based on larger purchases related to individual member hospital projects. •Establish relationships with product/service providers through individual meetings and trade show attendance to develop GPO partner Group Buys/Promotions or other contract opportunities to address needs identified by the analysis process. •Negotiate contracts and/or contract enhancements with identified product/service providers to maximize Member Hospital value through a total life cycle cost approach. •Ensures appropriate due diligence is completed for all GPO negotiated contracts and contract enhancements. •Communicate opportunities to eligible Member Hospitals to maximize the value of GPO contracts, Group Buys/Promotions or other Capital Equipment/Supply opportunities. •Monitor Member contract utilization and compliance to ensure Member Hospital and vendor obligations are satisfied. •Present contracting updates to GPO forums relative to the clinical capital and Supply products portfolios. •Stimulate interest, knowledge and support of the Capital Equipment program among Member Hospitals through presentations to applicable Member Hospital groups and documented cost savings resulting from program efforts. •Directs revenue generation and cost management activities to the clinical capital, supply and services product portfolios.
