Daily Duties at Midway Arms Inc.,:
Dealer Sales Manager territory spanning the US and all military sales. Provided technical expertise and quality inspections for incoming products including packing, and the scheduling of employees. Directed technical training for 450 employees and wrote and delivered 37 hours of classroom instruction each week to all levels of audiences from hourly personnel to VP’s and CEO’s. Developed and maintained all training manuals and a database of 8,000 products. Bases on TQM standards I conducted safety and OSHA inspections. Employees trained were rated as the most knowledgeable employees in the industry by the NRA.
