Daily Duties at State Of Missouri, :
Lead trainer on SAM 2, the new Missouri statewide computer payroll system. Ensured that all state employees engaged in payroll and human resources activities received training and became proficient in SAM 2. Authored curriculum and presented 30 hours of lectures each week, and trained a total of 8,000 state employees. Completed the Sam 2 training ahead of schedule, enabling the state to implement SAM2 system early, which resulted in substantial savings. Achieved a 98% satisfactory rating.
