Daily Duties at Job Finders, Inc., :
Sourced clients for both corporate and manufacturing companies on a permanent and temporary basis. Implemented marketing and sales techniques to build client base. Set sales goals and performed strategic planning. Handled all Human Resources matters including P&L, benefits, training and salary negations.
