• Responsible for a team of 13 direct reports including performance management, coaching, quality assurance, and talent development. • Handled both direct response inbound contacts (live chat, email and phone) and direct marketing outbound calls. • Oversaw the day-to-day operation of the call center including the daily call center tasks, development of standard operating procedures, overall strategy, workforce management, forecasting, scheduling, budgetary planning and compliance. • Maintained contact center service level, quality control, productivity and sales goals - exceeded goals 62% of the time. • Oversaw account management for several customer focus accounts ($50MM plus) such as Honeywell, Kodak, and Bioreliance. • Managed the vendor relationship of outsourced offshore Customer Support Function Team located in India.
