Daily Duties at Isi (Aka Cgi):
Services Manager of the Robert Plan account, the largest revenue generating Outsourcing client ($10M annual revenue) performing a variety of managerial and operational activities to ensure a high level of client satisfaction at their various geographic locations. During this period held various Client facing roles in the capacity as Client Delivery Manager, Account Manager and Project Manager. As Client Delivery Manager orchestrated and directed the activities of a dedicated team of 12 including Customer Service, Business Analysts and Programmers. Responsibility included monthly revenue reconciliation, provided essential discovery of additional revenue opportunities with the client integrating with VP's strategic direction, account management, project management and quality project delivery. In the role of Account Manager responsible for establishing communication with cross functional areas. Provided support to the client through analysis, decision making/designing, coordinating and executing programs to satisfy their needs while generating profit. Also responsible for determining resource needs both internally and at client site for task scheduling and on-time delivery critical for regulatory tasks in support of the assign risk automobile industry. As Project Manager, managed the installation of a $2.6M contractual agreement with a transaction processing mainframe system at three geographical locations. As Liason between Marketing/Sales, Customer Support, technical and the User communities, developed project plans for interdepartmental managers to meet customer commitments.
