 Market retail bank products and services to customers in order to grow, retain and maximize profit for the bank (CD's, checking/business accounts, loans, credit cards, merchant service products, mortgages, home equity lines of credit)  Cold call companies to set up on-sites enabling me to present our products to their employees and business  Assist management in weekly huddles, focus meetings and in daily operation of the branch  Responsible for monetary transaction and preformed other service activities (deposit, withdrawal, payments, cash advances, wire transfers, traveler’s checks, certified checks, bonds, auditing, etc.)  Assist customers in opening and closing accounts (checking, savings, CD’s, loans)  Weekly management of ATM (adding cash, balancing, maintenance)  Daily management of night drop, overdraft protection call list and teller working fund activities  Maintained highly successful scores on quarterly mystery shops (Loop 410 and at Alamo Heights banking Center)  Completed Consumer Loan Training  Bonded as a Notary Public
