Daily Duties at Psb:
Managed sales and account management teams comprised of sales professionals, strategists, designers, marketers, technologists and production specialists, for a creative agency focused on the financial services industry. Directed new channel development, product launches, and sales enablement efforts. Created collateral and multi-media presentations, directed follow-up strategies, streamlined sales processes, and restyled event communication to more effectively convert leads and respond to channel demands. Introduced first interactive web platform and company-wide sales and marketing training for outside sales and inside account management and creative teams, to enhance effectiveness and decrease time to revenue. Encouraged an open dialogue between sales and marketing, and established firmographic standards, enhancing customer communication and branding efforts. Highlights: Signed largest new prospect in company history. Achieved $1 million new sales. Account team achieved sales plan for first time in three years. Effectively replicated business model, bringing in first technology client. Streamlined sales processes and created go-to-market sales tools that resulted in shortened sales cycle, and increased, qualified leads. Created conference follow-up strategies to encourage prospect conversion and partner relationships.
