Daily Duties at Psb:
Supervised team of nine account managers while maintaining position as a senior account manager. Partnered with clients to create and deploy B2C branding, marketing and PR projects. Collaborated with executive team to increase client penetration by developing and executing powerful B2B communications, and enhancing the client experience through a more intuitive website architecture. Reviewed B2B sales performance plans, and creation, execution and deployment of B2C marketing deliverables. Trained on cross-sell techniques, consultative sales, account retention and consistent representation of corporate brand. Highlights: Achieved an 18% team sales growth Achieved a 14% individual sales growth. Coordinated field marketing and trade shows, and oversaw account managers during on-site, client consultations.
