Marketing and sales consultant to regional and national, financial institutions. Responsible for B2B account penetration, cross-sell, and revenue growth. Developed clients’ B2C multi-channel marketing strategies, concepts and deployment plans. Actively managed internal and external network of business partners to create online, print and affiliate marketing, graphic design, photo shoots, direct mail, and collateral projects. Reviewed competitive and industry changes to evaluate marketing opportunities, improve client retention and deepen key relationships. Highlights Increased territory revenue and project volume more than 250% in 4 years. Consistently exceeded client expectations, resulting in 100% client retention Top three Net Promoter Score, three years in a row. Reactivated several dormant accounts
