Created and launched marketing/advertising strategies and programs. Developed product formulations, brands, and packaging. Conducted consumer research and brand/category analysis. Managed $400K annual budget, P&L, and staff. - Established Incremin as dominant leader in iron supplements market with 65%+ growth in unit sales, 430%+ overachievement of net direct income target, and nearly 100% increase in volume share. Transitioned product from multivitamin to iron supplement segment, and relaunched product into OTC market with TV ad campaign and upgraded packaging/merchandising materials. - Led Incremin to achieve 52% dominant prescription share for iron supplements by reinventing physician promotions to create synergies between ethical and consumer positioning. - Elevated Children’s Clusivol to leading market position with 17% value share, 33% growth in unit sales, 39% improvement in net direct income, up to 10% increase in TOM awareness, industry-high retention rate at 32%, and 48% market growth versus 16% market average. Attained by driving increase in production capacity, strengthening product story, launching TV campaign, and mounting on-pack bundling promotion. - Played key role in Clusivol’s industry recognition with National Consumer’s Choice/Excellence Award for Best Children’s Vitamin Brand (2002 and 2003) and Consumers Excellence Award for Top Children’s Vitamin Brand of the Year (2002 and 2003). - Grew sales 15% by establishing Children’s Clusivol as first major multivitamin brand to launch nationwide on-pack bundling promotion targeting children. Developed and launched POS promotion with collectible Cartoon Network meal pals that induced trial and encouraged loyalty. - Arrested Clusivol capsule’s declining sales trend and exceeded sales and NDI targets by 15.2% and 28%+, respectively, with nearly 20% increase in potential users and 200% increase in “Brand Used Most Often” rating. Turned slogan, “You Can’t Afford to Get Sick,” into movement, introduced “resistance boosters” formula name, revitalized packaging, and enhanced merchandising. - Created new revenue opportunity by developing and launching integrated marketing plan for Caltrate calcium supplements to target women aged 20-50. Won 2004 Best of Medium Branded Message in Multimedia TV/Print/Radio category for Caltrate’s Strong Mom campaign, and 2004 Best of Medium Branded Message Single Radio Entry Category for Caltrate’s Playmate radio ad.
