Daily Duties at Usaa:
Analyzed, Documented and submitted Code Change Proposals, Coded and Unit Tested assigned Change Requests for defects found in the Production Environment. Participated in Return to Service responsibilities. Engaged and worked with Third Party to set up a training program for the Life Application system across multiple departments. Documented Forms and Documents processes, created test scripts for each change request, communicated to the business concerning updates and changes in processes. Maintained the Customer Support Queue, created and submitted SQL Queries via Spuffi and JCL. Track Change Requests via Infra and Star Team. Worked Customer Support items utilizing SQL queries for Data mining, sending completed results to Business Partners.
