Daily Duties at British Government:
•Project managed the strategic migration from small, local help desks to a large, international based platform. •Managed the support teams in the upgrading of the IT infrastructure for all the British Embassies overseas, in excess of 150 countries and 10000 personnel. •Directly managed the worldwide help desk that provided support and guidance to 250+ British embassies overseas. •Developed quality support materials for Tier1 staff, and provided content for the development of customer self-help tools, which resulted in a 15% increase of first point resolution.
