Daily Duties at Rearden Commerce:
•Implemented a two tiered support model (2nd and 3rd level support) with defined SLAs per tier •Conducted the first ever customer survey to gauge the pulse of the customer and establish a recovery plan to gain the trust of the customers and to prioritize what is important to the customer •Established monthly town halls to gather feedback and champion support initiatives to the customer base
