Daily Duties at Hibernia National Bank:

I wrote the Correspondent Lending policy and procedures manual, created all forms used by approved correspondent lenders, and personally serviced an average of fifty accounts, in twenty-one western states. I also trained a Junior Account Executive and provided him with twenty-two “seed” accounts in twenty-one eastern states. Lastly I designed and generated weekly, monthly, and quarterly Correspondent Management tracking reports for registered loan “Fallout” (reducing Fallout from an average of 42% to 18%) and “Mix” Ratio (resulting in an ongoing mix of Portfolio Products < 28% vs. Fixed Rate – Secondary Marketable products > 72%). Correspondent Sales Volume: 2003 - 11,608 loans, totaling $1,712,765,726 2002 - 10,783 loans, totaling $1,574,044,930 2001 - 8,178 loans, totaling $1,295,750,995 2000 - 8,051 loans, totaling $1,225,597,293 1999 - Individual amounts not calculated, shared with Trainee. 1998 - 7,789 loans, totaling $1,034,466,195 1997 - 2,587 loans, totaling $347,368,439 Additionally I designed training for new Correspondents, drafted/updated Correspondent Guidelines and announcement/ update memos, and assisted in the design and maintenance of the Correspondent Lending Web Site.
