Daily Duties at Cti:
Extensive full life-cycle recruitment and pre-employment testing of high level linguists to include CEO, project management, software developers, former military and translators. Prepared defined benefit plans for highly compensated executives. Liaison between company and Homeland Security for obtainment of security clearances. Creation of HR budget and invoice tracking system, saving in excess of $100,000 in overcharges/underpayments. Bench marking and compensation analysis. Facilitated orientation program for all incoming employees including H1B Visa applications, relocation, design of training materials and manuals, coordination of on-boarding with multiple governmetn agencies.
