Coordinated business license renewal in absence of the owner. Developed fully functioning HR department throughe xtensive auditing of HRIS system, files and personnel folders to ensure existence of required documentation for DOL compliance - potentially saving more than $$1M in fines. Multi-functional roles in areas of labor-relations, administration, investigations and government contracting. Compliance filings including, 5500, EEO-1, Vets 100 and Affirmative Action.
