Daily Duties at Eei:
Implemented compliance program to ensure HR operations conformed to internal/external requirements. Developed and implemented strategies for retention, training, compensation, benefits, information technology and safety. Creation and implementation of employment and policy manuals. Analyzed salary survey data, market trends, and industry practices to help ensure company competitiveness. Demonstrated skills in Strategic HR Business Partner Model, Change Management, Organizational Development and Performance Management. Coached/counseled managers on application of company policies as well as interpretation of laws and regulations. Resolved and/or escalated employee issues, concerns and questions. Assured interests and concerns of employees were represented in discussions and activities of senior management. Developed and conducted harassment, retention, candidate selection, team building, ADA, and diversity training.
