Daily Duties at Confidential:
Represent HR function by communicating philosophies, processes and capabilities to managers. Support annual review process and ongoing performance management to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organizations. Drafted DOL/IRS appeal resulting in $62,000 reduction of employer fine for late filings. Lead initiatives that enhance motivation, team-building and general welfare. Responsible for coordinating and delivering required compliance training to the company.
