Daily Duties at Confidential:

Represent HR function by communicating philosophies, processes and capabilities to managers. Maintain working knowledge of employment laws, market practices, general business environment and applies operationally. Support annual review process and ongoing performance management to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organizations. Drafted DOL/IRS appeal resulting in $62,000 reduction of employer fine for late filings. Lead initiatives that enhance motivation, team-building and general welfare. Responsible for coordinating and delivering required compliance training to the company.
