Daily Duties at Post Secondary Education:
Investigate and respond to third stage grievances; Train and assist Human Resources Directors from statewide campuses; Counsel employees and supervisors on workplace matters; Process and approve FML for System Office employees; Provide consultation services for FML to colleges; Implement Sick Leave Sharing Program for System Office; Provide consultation services for Sick Leave Sharing to colleges; Research, revise and update policies and procedures pertaining to HR functional areas; Provide consultation services to HR Directors regarding background check procedures; Participate in designing, coordinating and delivering training workshops throughout the state; Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as organizational policy and procedure; Address issues for a combination of HR systems; Utilization of PeopleSoft HRIS.
