Daily Duties at Post Secondary Education:
Direct activities of Employee Relations staff at system office; Consult with and advise 16 HR Directors at colleges throughout the state on HR-related issues; HR Leadership, strategic planning and change management; Employee development and training; Team building and communication; Design and implement revisions to PPE process for colleges and system; Direct processes for third stage grievances, workplace investigations, corrective actions, mediations, hearings, Family Medical Leaves, policies/procedures, ADA accommodations, and other related duties; Committee work includes Strategic Planning, Appreciative Inquiry, Website Renovation, HR Total Rewards; Communication enhancement and inclusion; Equity and consistency of practices and processes; RFP process & vendor evaluation for projects and services related to HR; Area budget planning.
