Daily Duties at Marriott Hotels:
Overall management of the banquet and catering operations department to include, hiring, training, development, setup and design of function space, purchasing of equipment and stanrdized beverage controls for this corporate hotel. Managed the daily planning, organization, payroll, scheduling, safety and sanitation for 12,000 sf of meeting space.
