Corporate position to create new standard operating procedures for this new company, hire, train and develop food and beverage teams, write group, local social and outlet F&B menus and development of sales kit and photo work. Create purchasing and receiving coding and month end reporting recaps. Chair the team that focuses on guest scores and implement new strategies to increase scores and set new benchmark levels in the region and brand for this Sheraton Hotel. Opened 4 new porperties with this company to include a James Beard Foundation recognition for menu design and culinary arts.
