Daily Duties at Pdc:

In this new position reporting to the Director of I.T., manage help desk serving 300+ staff in 10 U.S. locations. Supervise college intern staff; assign work order priorities; secure compliance paperwork; effect wireless contract administration; write and disseminate company-wide email bulletins; develop web-based communications, including an interactive organizational chart, quarterly I.T. newsletter, and corporate intranet; design Flash software tutorials using Adobe Captivate; and serve as I.T. vendor liaison.
