Two days before my final day at the company, our job description was changed so that we had to be an attorney. From then on the company only hired attorneys as adjusters. I had worked beside attorney adjusters managing the same number of states and the claims of the same difficulty. The only difference was in the pay scale. I have spent 12 years of my career managing medical malpractice claims of various practices for a company only handling doctors of osteopathy that went under and for doctors of various backgrounds including dentists.
