Daily Duties at Duo Fast Industries, Inc.:

Primary responsibility was Executive Assistant to CEO/Owner of Corporation, and the CIO, assisting in all areas. Vice-President of Event Committee (Including our Employee Appreciation Week, and our annual Sales Event for over 400 people.) Responsible for maintaining confidential reports and a lot of other confidential information. Responsible for setting up large meetings and ensuring all arrangements are made for all attending. Travel for all departments I work with. Expense reports and time card manager for Executives I work for. Organizational Charts for all Departments using Visio. Assist as Software Support Specialist on the Help Desk, and was able to help others if they had software related problems. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments, ensuring calendars are current and up-to-date. A large amount of research and compilation for special projects or requested information. In charge of monthly meeting where all Executive Assistants meet at Corporate to go over important changes and suggestions, gathering feedback from all departments for the next Board Meeting, so they are able to get feedback and/or constructive criticism, or other comments and suggestions. Assist in training for Software Support, as I am certified by Microsoft, to train new employees that might need a basic overview of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Responsible for Returns and Credits for certain vendors. Responsible for daily reports and updating daily projects. Tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly costs using MS Project. Inputting data into SAP as needed for certain projects. (Not much notice and very detailed). Working with sub-contractors to bring down cost of projects.
