Daily Duties at Restaurant Solutions, Inc.:

Report directly to the CFO/CEO, assisting them in all administrative functions, including typing of all company correspondence, shorthand, answer phones, customer contact and follow up. Meet once a month to go over any additions or changes and bring to Board Meeting. Ensuring our quarterly management report is complete and ready for presentation at the Quarterly offsite meeting (Every three months.). Maintain very confidential documents for Finance and Sales. Some reports are daily, weekly, monthly, etc… Assist with payroll, A/R, A/P, billing, drug screening, new hire paperwork, employee orientation, Vendor requests, Purchase Orders, Supplies, etc… using SAP, and many other functions in Finance and Sales Handle travel for all employees at RSI, (Domestic and International), including scheduling and rescheduling of appointments and ensuring all calendars are up-to-date. A large amount of Customer Contact and Customer follow up. In Charge of Credit and Collections Department – Supervisor to three direct reports in Credit and Collections and also ran Installation Department with one direct report. In charge of Installations - Scheduling all installations for McDonald’s restaurants for the CEO/President of Sales and sending the monthly report over to McDonalds after preparing. Maintain department organizational charts Proofing and editing of any documents needed, and some are very confidential. Heavy Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Peachtree, Accware and many other software applications.
